Welcome to a space where you are heard, valued, and understood.
Magnolia Behaviour Support (MBS) was founded in South Australia to bring a genuine, human touch to NDIS behaviour support. Guided by both professional practice and lived experience, we know that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel clinical and overwhelming.
The magnolia blossom represents dignity, perseverance, and natural growth. It serves as a daily reminder that everyone can thrive when they are surrounded by the right environment, understanding, and genuine respect.
Our Approach to Support
We specialise in evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), but our focus is always on the person, not just the paperwork. We collaborate closely with you, your family, and your support network to create practical, everyday strategies that truly make sense for your life.
As a lived experience-led organisation, our empathy comes from a place of true understanding. We look beyond behaviours to listen to what you are communicating, ensuring your choices, your voice, and your human rights are always protected and respected.
True support isn’t about changing who you are. It is about creating a safe space and giving you the right tools so you can grow on your own terms.
